Ingredients
・Sushi rice 140g – See Video
・1 Avocado
・Cream cheese 50g
・1 Cucumber
・1 Carrot – grated
・1 Spring Onion
・2T Sesame seeds
・4 Nori Sheets
Method
- Peel the cucumber (don’t use the seeds), then shred it.
- Put the seaweed on a plastic wrap or sushi mat.
- Spread vinegared rice evenly on the seaweed, if it sticks to your finger wet them a little bit.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Add all fillings – not too much or it will be hard to roll.
