Vegetarian Sushi Roll

Serves 4 People


・Sushi rice 140g – See Video

・1 Avocado

・Cream cheese 50g

・1 Cucumber

・1 Carrot – grated

・1 Spring Onion

・2T Sesame seeds

・4 Nori Sheets


  1. Peel the cucumber (don’t use the seeds), then shred it.
  2. Put the seaweed on a plastic wrap or sushi mat.
  3. Spread vinegared rice evenly on the seaweed, if it sticks to your finger wet them a little bit.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Add all fillings – not too much or it will be hard to roll.
  6. Roll from the front – see video.

Enjoy with Soy Sauce, Pickled Ginger & Wasabi
