Eggtato Salad

  • 6 medium Potatoes 
  •  4 Eggs 
  • Half an Onion 
  • 3 tablespoons chopped Chives  
  • ½ cup Mayo 
  • 1 stick Celery 
  • ½ cup grated carrot 
  • 1 head of thinly cut steamed broccoli 
  • 1 cup croutons – see video  
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika 
  • Pepper 
  • Salt to taste 
  • ½ cup of cheese egg 


  1. Cut the potatoes in half then boil, after they are boiled peel the potatoes and leave the skin for later to use. Use the video below to help you boil them correctly. 
  1. While the potatoes are boiling start to boil the eggs for 12 minutes in water over the stove top after they are boiled peel the shell off. 
  1. Place the eggs and potatoes with mayo in a bowl and mash it with a fork, When it is partially mashed put the paprika and celery, chives, pepper, salt, grated carrot, diced onion  and 1 head of steamed broccoli and continue mashing. 
  1. When that Is all mashed grate some cheese on top then grill until the cheese looks golden.
